i put sex offenders in my area in google and it will bring up a bunch of sites you can go to so you can find out.

Go to your state Sex offender registry website. While this may not have every one of them it should have the majority.

Lots of times your county sheriff will have this information on their web site, and I signed up to be notified by e-mail if a sex offender moves within one mile of my home (I have a five-year-old son). Depends on what county you're in.
