The miracles that Jesus did through the power of God's holy spirit were meant to prove that he was the Christ, the Messiah.
These were a foretaste of what his Kingdom will accomplish on earth when it soon is installed. Doing what he did permits anyone to put faith in him and get saved. (John 3:16)
Rev 21:4And he will wipe away every tear from their eyes. And there will not be any more death, nor grief, nor crying, nor will there be any more anguish, because the former things are gone.

Jesus was SENT to the earth for a very specific reason. To give his perfect life to lift from us all the prospect of having to die. Adam 'cost' us death through disobedience. Jesus bought it back.
Healing people in his time was just to prove that he WAS the Son of God.
The eventual permanent removal of sickness and death [ Rev. 21;4] will occur when wickedness is removed from the earth...not before.
God does not reward wickedness.
After three and a half years preaching on the earth, and healing everyone who asked, including some who didn't ask, Jesus had gained ONLY 120 DISCIPLES.
The ones who had the Holy Spirit come down on their heads as tongues of flame. Only 120. Out of all the thousands who listened to Jesus.

You have to understand that the fall of man did this( Adam & Eve). God said we will suffer on earth.
I do not understand why we have to suffer @ times but I do know that God Loves me. Even Christ suffer epsecially when he died on the cross. I am glad I can feel pain some that are in wheel chairs cannot feel @ all. I was told one time by a Sunday School teacher that the ultimate healing is death if your are a Christian. Heaven is the answer to suffering.
Jesus does know pain
Please God Does Care.
I hope this helps.

He cured lepers and gave sight to the blind in the name of God. The people had to believe he is the Messiah.
He Did Not Perform Miracles, but, with the Power of God. Thus, he has no Rights to eliminate anything which God had bestowed on this earth, whether Good or Bad.

The purpose of Jesus' initial ministry was not to usher in the Kingdom of God and bring about the eschaton. His healing was meant to be a taste of what was to come. At the resurrection in the last days, all sickness and disease will be done away with. But not before then. So the question is, what is he waiting for? My guess is that he's waiting for all those who are destined to eternal life to be born.

He only showed the possibility how leprosy could be cured, without disclosing the concoction, to let our boasting white coat lab pigs to find their own remedy. It's almost 2000 years, is there any cure. Jesus was and is the smartest doctor on earth.

Becuase we are sinners...he wipes out leprosy and cancer through his resurrection. The things of this world will pass away...we are only here a short time but spend eternity with Christ, where there is no disease.
He healed to show his divinity...he died and rose from the dead to save us from sin. If he was to make everything nice for us here...what would be the consequences of our sin?

Everyone is suffering or enjoying their result of their karma. There is not business of Jesus and God, to take away what we deserve according to our destiny, what it has been created by us for our foolishness. Is like prisoners, is their fault to be in jail and suffering, not the state nor the judge nor God. They have to be punished in order to be corrected. Similarly all this diseases are due to our past sinful activities.
Jesus did miracles in order that the ignorant people at that time believe in him and follow him.

22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.
(New Testament | Matthew 9:22)
Its a question of faith from the people. God gave free agency to man to choose, man has to use that agency to believe in God, other wise, God is not obligated to intervene
27 Wherefore, men are free according to the flesh; and all things are given them which are expedient unto man. And they are free to choose liberty and eternal life, through the great Mediator of all men, or to choose captivity and death, according to the captivity and power of the devil; for he seeketh that all men might be miserable like unto himself.
(Book of Mormon | 2 Nephi 2:27)

Ahhhhhh, he can and he will. When he turns his attention to healing the whole earth you will see it. Right now, we are to learn from the mistakes of our ancestor, Adam so that none of us will ever make this mistake of disobeying God again. Try hard that you will learn this lesson and find the road to life. It is God's wish that no one be destroyed but that all come to an accurate knowledge of him and his son.
