If Jesus was the real Messiah of Jewish prophecy, if he truly was the fulfilment of ancient prophecy, then by definition and Jewish law he MUST have had to be of the bloodline of the House of David, the ancient Kings of Israel. There are no ifs or buts about it.

So this means, Jesus had to have flowing in his veins the blood of the last legitimate King of Israle, Zedekiah, who was murdered along with his entire family, except one (Princess Tamar Tephi) around 595-593 BCE by Nebuchadnezzar.

It is recorded that Jeremiah took Princess Tamar, the standard (the Jerusalem Lion/Lion of Judah), the harp of David and the Stone of Destiny, the scone stone to Ireland for safe keeping by at least 585-589 BCE. Jeremiah died in Ireland and his ancient tomb still exists.

So where did the ancestors of Jesus actually come from after 580BCE to 6CE? Given we still have the stone of destiny, the lion of judah used by England, why doesn't the Vatican want to talk about Ireland?

Hmm its a good question but I feel as if you've given it just a little too much thought for the Yahoo users. Email the Vatican perhaps? Because unless you're getting paid to think about this stuff...I would just be happy knowing that there are millions of mysteries in our world.

Who's to say there even was a jesus?

Jesus embodied the Law in the flesh. (Incarnate) Yes it is true that Jesus genetic line is Matriarchial. Yes it is true that God left that dry dusty land long before He sent the Son to give the last call, so to speak. Then the Apostles that stayed behind with the old Israel, held back the darkness for a few more years.

While it's true that Jesus had to be of the bloodline of David, that doesn't necessarily mean he had to be a direct descendent of Zedekiah. David had other descendents other than Zedekiah that Jesus could've come from and still been an heir to the throne.

To be a Messiah he needn't to be a bloodline of King Zedekiah or a Jew, but a human being (God chooses whomever He wants). Is it written somewhere? Do you know the claim that Jesus have no bloodline of any man, but his mother. His mother is well known to be in the bloodline of Aaron, the brother of Moses, a Jew. Do you need any proof more than that. Jesus is the Messiah, who is coming back, not you but for your great grandchildren to astonish.

Jesus was from the line of David legally through Joseph. He was related by blood to Mary.

Matthew 1:16 says And Jacob begot Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus who is called Christ.'

Notice it does not say Joseph the father of Jesus, but instead the husband of Mary. That's because legally Jesus was Joseph's son and with that came all the rights of a son from his own blood.

His mother was of the line of Judah,
He was the only begotten son of God the Father.

Don't know why the Vatican won't talk about Ireland.

Jesus did not fulfill even half of the jewish prophecies of the Messiah, which is why the Jews never accepted him as the Messiah.
