If you mean after the resurrection, he appears to his disciples several times over a 40 days period between the Passover and shortly before the Jewish feast of Pentecost.

You will find a list of appearances in 1 Corinthians 15:4-8. Not all of them are mentioned in the gospels.

At the time of these appearances, Jesus body had already gone through the resurrection process. So it was no longer effect by the limitations of physics. Jesus appears to have walked through walls, been in two places at once, and no longer had pain or infection from his wounds. So they would not have festers during that time.
