Child support is never tax deductible, and is not claimed as income by the recipient.

If you are disabled and on a fixed income you could probably go to court and get your support payments lowered---here is the other trick, if you are disabled and on SS your children should also be getting benefits other than you paying child support.
Many years of doing taxes and spotting a funny question.
