Actually, there is no safe amount of cigarettes a day. According to research, every cigarette that you smoke will reduce your life span by 11 minutes.
It means that you are cutting about 275 minutes from your life a day, 1925 minutes a week and 91850 minutes a year which is equal to 64 hours a year!!! That's a lot of time that you are cutting from your life!!
Anyway, smoking can lead to a lot of diseases such as lung cancer. So it is best to try and quit smoking.

There really is no safe zone... But 25 a day is definately way too much. Cut down to 5-10 per day at least... If at all possible try and quit.

NONE....
The saying went something like this, one cigarette would cause a person to lose 7 minutes off their life.
Now it is up to 11 minutes per smoke, so at 25 your lose around three hours of life.
I learned in Physical therapy that it is the ONE thing that changes your cells on the single cell level.
It changes the way and make up of the cellular wall. it works on hydrostatic pressure and imagine trapping in all the toxins.
Not a pretty picture.
Do anything to quit, sooner the better.
Life is a gift, dont waste it.

So you smoke 25 cigs a day. So that could mean you might shorten your life by 25 years.
In other words, there is no safe zone in smoking. Read the warning on the cigarette pack.
If you are addicted to the nicotine, please see your doctor for help.

None is in the safe zone. How long do you want to live and do you want to be able to walk and breathe if you do live to be 70 years old? Only you can give the answer. Remember it will be too late when you get old to get back the chance to not be impaired!

Are you being facetious ? Of course it is none. Even low tar cigarettes are not safer. But hey, cutting to even ten a day is much better than 25. If you stop completely, you will be able to breathe again. Good luck !!!!

Are you serious? Don't you see the ads? Read any labels? It's not SAFE to smoke any....not even one. I was a smoker and I know many smokers , and absolutely noone could ever smoke just one.One always leads to more. So I would have to say NONE.
