You can drink water from the same bottle over and over again as long as you wash the bottle with dish soap and warm water often. It's best if you wash the bottle every time you use it though. There's nothing about the bottle itself that is a problem -- it's the bacteria that gets into the bottle from your mouth when you drink out of it. Warm and wet are the two best conditions for bacteria to breed, so washing the bottle out gets rid of all the germs.

Is it unavoidably risk-free to reuse a similar plastic water bottle repeatedly and yet yet again; no longer extremely. ought to it kill you in case you've been to reuse the water bottle over and yet yet again, no. After a particular era of time, maximum water bottles will initiate to leach off chemical substances from the bottle, yet it is after the bottle has been through a lot warmth, gentle and a at the same time as. also, if you're no longer rinsing your bottle out after each and every 2-3 makes use of, the micro organism out of your mouth it extremely is now properly contained in the bottle will initiate to also effect the water interior. of route, those chemical substances being leached from the bottle over the years have not seriously impacted your well being, yet i ought to take precaution to this. In different words, i ought to assert both wash your bottle more advantageous usually and/or get a sparkling bottle. i ought to point one it extremely is made for re-using over and yet yet again.

They say that thin plastic water bottles are only good & sanitary for 3 refills within a period of no longer than 3 days. Usually the dishwasher heat will distort that plastic, so it s best to get a tupperware water bottle...

well, do you mean that the same water would be in the bottle, or that you just keep refilling it? its always ok to refill the bottle, as long as you wash it out thurrily each time so there are no germs. If you were drinking from the same water bottle with the same water, its always best to not. The germs of your saliva get in tot he water, and after leaving it for long enough, it really starts to smell bad. that can not be healthy for u!

When I was in Thailand we put some pink stuff in the water that made it safe to drink, you may research what it was and use that method, but it is easier to wash the bottle with a bottle brush, and a tinge of bleach.

If you run it through the dishwasher to kill all potential bacteria then it should be ok. Don't reuse without cleaning really well though, and even then, don't reuse for longer than a week. Recycle! Those water bottles are not meant to be reused.

This would be the same as wiping off your dishes instead of washing them with soap. They would look clean but germs would be present and multiplying. Think about the fact that the human mouth has a huge amount of germs on it and it is touching your bottle day after day.

No it's not a good idea... I did it until recently myself.
I went and bought a few bottles that can be thrown in the dishwasher and I fill them with filtered water.
