It's possible that she just wants your friendship, and is letting you know that she likes you for you, not just because you are her husband's friend, but this is a remote possibility.
It's most likely she is telling you she is attracted, and wants something, sex, other intimacy, or emotional attachment that you should not give. Not just because it is betraying your friendship, but because there is no good outcome from it.
The best thing to do, is to make sure not to put yourself into any situation where something might happen, make sure you in no way encourage any idea that you would cross any lines, but also don't be insulting, or insensative. Most importantly, do NOT bring up any suspisions about you thinking she wants sex to your friend, unless you are willing to lose him, or cause him a lot of pain. Short of her throwing herself on you naked, just assume you misread things, or that he is aware, and not ready to deal with them. If she does throw herself on you, then you almost have to tell him, if for no other reason than turning her down will quite possibly insult her, and cause her to tell him you came on to her.

she could mean like a friend, shes cant like you in like a crush way cos shes married and that would be cheating if he did.
though if you want to know if she does actually like you in a crush kinda way, then just look for the signs
1) smiles at you
2)spends time around you
3) laughs when you tell jokes
4)looks at you
5) flirts.
she really shouldnt do any of those, cos shes married.

It sounds like she wants to get to know you a little below the belt. Its your friends wife so use good judgment

that just depends on how she likes you. she could mean that she likes you as a friend or she could mean she likes you for a whole lot more then that. why don't you ask her what she means by she "likes" you :)
