You are suppose to eat to live and survive, NOT live and survive to eat .

I am glad that the weight is not interefering with your self esteem. However, please consider your health. You know the risks of fat and cholestorel in a diet - heart disease, diabetes, some cancers, etc. When you're 16 you feel like you'll be young forever, but these conditions can hit you at any age.

Also do you want children some day? Being overweight can not only interfere with your ability to conceive, but it can put the fetus at risk.

Lastly doesn't it feel great to run a few miles or play a sport without being out of breath?

were all in love with food but sometimes you have to make sacrifices for your health...or you find foods you love that are healthy.im sorry but being 200 lbs is not healthy...you need to find something that you love other than food like find a sport that takes your mind off of it.dont watch tv all the time.eat 100 calorie packs..but only one because they add up.use a site to figure out how many calories you should take in per day depending on your exercise level(just look up calorie counter or someting)...that is,if you want to lose weight.

Yes, Honey, it is wrong to "love" food. Binge eating has consequences which you are experiencing at this moment: weight gain, hopelessness, defending your bingeing, binge eating is expensive, hiding your problems behind binge eating, etc.

I too began to binge eat and went from 125 - 263 pounds. It took me about 18 months to lose the weight. Not from dieting, but from heavy exercising daily and reading and learning about my binge problem. Mostly about what causes binge eating and why we binge eat. As I continued exercising and learning to control my binge eating, I began to lose weight.

If you continue, you will be looking at a life of dieting, pill taking, depression, and not accomplishing your golds in life because your main concern daily will be, what diet will I start today.

This problem does brother you for you have asked about this situation 3 times today. Take some time during spring break and go to the library and get books on teen eating disorders and self-esteem for teenagers. My bet is that you are feeding yourself so that you don't have to take the time to handle teenage problems in your life. Just as an alcoholic or a drug abuser drinks and take drugs so that they don't have to be bother with issues in their, and / or because they can't handle issues in their life, they turn to their fix instead and remove themselves from the situation while high. This example maybe too much to understand, so I am sending you a little information on Emotional Eating/Bingeing:

Emotional Eating

Emotional Eating - using food to escape or to make yourself feel better.

Emotional eating means that you eat for some other reason than health or nutrition.

This sounds pretty innocent, but Emotional Eating is actually what makes you break your diets. It's what makes you feel intense cravings for particular foods. It's what makes you overeat.

It causes food addiction. It's even responsible for binges and yoyo diets.
Chances are, if you've ever struggled to lose weight and failed, or regained weight
back after some success, you've struggled with Emotional Eating.

You already know how to lose weight. You know that if you eat less and exercise more eventually you’ll see the pounds come off. What’s getting in your way? Why do you usually regain the weight you lost?

The answer to all these questions is the same “Emotional Eating.” Simply defined, emotional eating means you eat to satisfy emotional hunger; it means you use food for comfort or as a way to cope with life; and it means you eat for reasons other than what your body needs.

Whenever you reach for a boredom-breaking snack despite your commitment, or whenever you eat to quell anxiety, that’s emotional eating. Whenever you binge after a fight, or double up on portions because your day turned sour, that’s emotional eating. Whenever you feel that sharp craving for your favorite food, that’s emotional eating.

When we eat during these times while on a diet, we believe the diet doesn’t work or that we lack self control and then look for the quickest way to lose weight (fasting/diet pills, ect) after eating all we can since we already messed the diet day up.

Remember that emotional eating plays a big part in why we don’t continue dieting and why we regain lost weight and why we binge today and start a new diet tomorrow.

Best of Luck.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note-- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Learn how to nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Eat more water by eating juicy fruits. See site below.

to be honest yes. This kind of lifestyle you are describing can cause major health problems if you carry on like this. Eat a healthy diet and stay away from McDonalds.
Its great to love eating! but you have to stay in controll. You will enjoy it more if u can eat bits of what you like and still maintain you figure.
