Drink two glass of luke warm water and then take a late morning breakfast if you call it one , around 10.30/11.00 AM.
This is as per the ancient Indian scriptures on health . It says that once you have emptied your bowels , you should allow them to regain its original shape inside your tummy.And , what better than water to give a filled up feeling . If you do not allow the bowels to regain its shape the result is those layers around tummy. In Indian parlance , breakfast is often referred to as "Jalpan"( drinking water)
