There are water pills available. You can get them at the drug store and they're pretty inexpensive. $5-$10. They help get rid of all that water weight, (But don't get too far from a bathroom). To try to prevent this, cut back on sodium intake. Even very healthy foods, or diet foods can contain a lot of sodium, which makes you retain that water. You need salt to survive, but too much will make you puffy in all the wrong ways. Also check for any food allergies you may have. They may not be severe, but enough to cause some swelling. Talk to your Doctor if the water pills don't solve the problem.

The way you worded your question tells me that you drink more carbonated beverages other than water. The carbonation is the culprit. The carbon dioxide (gas) has a tendency to rise and not move downward through the digestive track. This gives the bloating feeling. I suggest to lay off the carbonated drinks for awhile and drink plain water. Even non carbonated flavored water if you want some taste. Take GAS X tablets as shown on the label and you will get relief. They can be purchased over the counter. Apparently, your system has a hard time handling carbonation.
One suggestion from another person was to stop eating pork. I say continue eating pork. Pork is high in protein and better for you than red meat. Protein gives you energy.

Is it painful, how long do you suffer and does it help by eating or drinking a lot. Is the problem there every time you eat or drink, if so then go see a doctor as there may be a small blockage in the tract of the large or small intestine, Gavascon may help in the short term but consult a doctor, Hope this has helped.

I used to have this problem until I took Japanese Plum Ball, it is really a miracle.
Crowned as "the Blue Diamond of Fruits", Ume (Japanese plum) is indispensable in every Japanese household. It is a cure-all remedy traditionally used for over 100 illnesses:
• Eases digestive problems - gastric and abdominal pain, indigestion, excessive gas
• Alleviates constipation and bloatedness
• Relieves food poisoning - diarrhoea and vomiting
• Reduces "heatiness" or indigestion caused by over-consumption of durians, rambutans, jackfruits, and fried and spicy foods
• Protects the liver and reduces the negative effects of alcohol consumption

this may be due to formation of gases due to presence of acid. and burping is not done regularly due to pain in the upper part of the stomach.
the glands start to secrete acid when it detects food in the area. so if the stomach is not cleared of food stuff due to attachment of stale food to the stomach the acid secretion does not stop. this is stopped either if stomach is clean or if fresh air is admitted in the area.
this can be reduced by swallowing or gulping air directly into the stomach.
This is how it it done
keep back bone straight.
now stretch the neck area slightly, simultaneously try to open the epiglottis in the throat. this now connects the lungs to the stomach allowing air to enter the stomach.
now close the epiglottis. and let the air naturally go inside the stomach.
Relief in burning sensation should be the sign that you are doing it right.
note soon you may need to burp frequently this is the sign that you are improving.
food you take may be changed to light and easy to digest.

You need to see your doctor. You didn't mention your age but sometimes older folks swell up more. Your dr. can prescribe water pills to help with that.
