well there is this guy that is in a year above me and like i've known him 4 a while but like i dont talk to him anymore. and liek for about 5 months he keeps staring at me and like where ever i go he's always there and when im in a class he turns his head and looks in.. and keeps staring at me the whole time at school and is all around me but we don't talk. My friends have told me that he keeps staring and he follows me and they think that he is stalking me.. i'm kinda freaked out cuz even after skool i see him on his scooter appearing from the middle of now where and goes past me..
so is he stalking me or does he just like me cuz he is constantly staring and i don't know what to do..

He's probably got the tendencies of a stalker as, like most males, are incapable of expressing their feelings and not sure how to approach you. Next time you catch him staring at you, go up and talk to him. Its probably what he's been wanting you to do, acting stalker like to just get you talkin to him..
its kinda sweet if you think bout it..
or if your not attracted to him n not want something to happen, then stalk him. Beat him at his own game. He'll back off if you want him 2.

You sound like you're in either in middle school or high school, so this kid is probably too young to be a genuine stalker pervert. Maybe he's really a good guy, just very shy, very awkward, and totally infatuated with you. Why do you have to ignore him and assume that he is some sort of disturbed mental case? Talk to the poor guy. Then you can decide if he's really crazy, or if he's a good kid that is just terrible around girls. Something tells me he is looking at you and trying to figure out how he can start a conversation with you, but he just cannot think of anything to say. So you be the one to start the conversation. You don't have to get into a relationship with him or become friends with him, but at least be friendly to your fellow human being.

I don't think it's as serious as a stalker. but i think he does want your attention. The next time he does it i would just say 'OK this isn't cute anymore and it's getting a little annoying'
I wouldn't curse at him or try and piss him off too much because you never know the boy might be a little off. If it doesn't stop then i would take some form of action like telling your principle or guidance counsel. I wouldn't risk talking to him to much.

no, but he might turn into one if you keep ignoring him for no reason after you used to be friends. Why did you stop talking to him? he obviously likes you. Just chat to him a bit and things will calm down. On the other side of the coin, maybe it's just coincidence that he is where u are...he might not be staring at you in particular anyway.

hi there! your Q caught my eye - I'm going through the exact same situation except that we speak a bit. I haven't figured it out myself yet but I was thinking on letting him overhear that I like some other guy or dating someone :) I think it's a good idea since all else FAILED badly. yes it does sound a bit mean but in the end u'd be doing HIM a favor like, so maybe he can go after someone else no and stop wasting his time (and bothering u!!). if u don't like him u don't plain & simple, it's dumb of him to follow someone around like that. I understand u completely it's very annoying and irritating. I'd like to know how you managed lol;)

bend over. He isn't a stalker, he just likes you. if he was following you at the mall or was driving by your house all the time, ok. if your in school then he must have class in the same hall as you, you should either talk to him, or have a freind talk to him and tell him don't like him looking at you and if he dosent stop, talk to head of your school.

He's just really trying to get your attention. Try acknowledging his presence once in awhile. You could just be blunt and say, "Ok, I see you." He sure isn't making an effort in being discreet about it. Let him know that it's beginning to annoy you. It will kill his motivation in stalking you.
