Im picking up my new chihuahua today (3 months old tomorrow) and I have a theater room in my house. Would it be too loud to bring the dog in there with me? Will he let me know its too loud?

Depends....... How hard of hearing are you! Most animals do not like LOUD noises.... and keep in mind his hearing is much stronger than you......Leave the door open if he wants to come in he will.... you don't want to scare the dog.

Unless your the type to play the home theature till the chairs vibrate across the floor and the neighbors complain probably it would be no problem. However a fairly low volume show or one turned down a tad might be a good idea first time. Be manner of fact acting about it too don't hover & coo "oh are you all right" - it only shows the dog there is something to be afraid off. WATCH that his isn't intimidated, just don't let him know you are.
