your brother obviously has chosen to live with her, and you can't change him either. when he gets sick of it, he will likely do something about it.

you didn't mention your age, but i don't see why you have to be around anyone you aren't comfortable with?

if you have to be around her, try to ignore her. don't let other, ignorant people control your emotions.
