I've decided to keep fit so I've started jogging. About five minutes after I start jogging I get serious itches(irritations) especially around my midriff (both sides of my belly) and to my back, it's so serious that I cannot go on and have to stop. Normally I warm up before I start jogging. What is wrong with me and what should I do ?

I, too, have experienced this sensation. I believe it has to do with the fact that, when you first start to exercise, your bloodflow increases to you muscles and skin, causing a flurry of sensations, including irritation and itching.

Yeah I comprehend. the two circulate early in the morning or take backroads. i discover this facilitates as you seldom run into people and on a substantial highway i discover all the autos and stuff disconcerting. you additionally can circulate to a brilliant park and run around. close to me is a brilliant park and in the sporty kind area theres a splash primary song around the outdoors via the wood that for the duration of common terms joggers use. different joggers won't choose you. I reckon suss your interior sight park for secure yet seldom used areas and jog around there. no person desires to jog with an aim marketplace!

There are a bunch of articles in Google about rashes caused by exercise. Some people actually experience like an allergic reaction to getting hot. It's better if you read them as it's very detailed and I don't want to misstate the information. good luck.
