Tarot Cards? i have recently been given them as i have wanted them for a while?

i have tried learning them nd have got far some people have said they are evil and i would be better with something ele is there something that i can get like them. I am a pagan and would like something to help me find the iner me

The tarot cards are a terrific tool for finding the "inner you".
There are many other forms of divination if the tarot doesn't seem to suit you.
Nothing about tarot is evil. Go with what's right for you and don't let anyone tell you differently.

Hello. First and formost, Tarot cards are not evil. They have bee around for hundreds of years and have helpes guide many individuals. Learning to understand what each card represents takes time, so please be patient andgive it a chance. Try to set some time aside each week to practise and get use to reading the cards and different spreads that help you answer those questions about your innerself. Once you have mastered the art of reading them and the representaions they hold you will most likely see, feel and understand a greater depth to yourself and those around you. Give them a chance, all my hopes.

I read the cards and mine were given to me as they could see that I had the ability to read them
no they are not evil if used correctly they can warn people of any impending dangers or troubles
I don't charge for my readings
people have to approach me to have their cards read, I will not read cards of anyone who is pregnant
I always say its just a bit of fun not to be taken too seriously
However if you are not happy give the cards back
try angle cards

Cards don't lie! That has been my experience (and a long one it is). And there is nothing evil to them, this is a ridiculous notion.

Ive been learning Tarot now for about 2 years, teaching myself, ive done readinds for family members and ive been spot on most of the time too , but it never works if i do them on myself i never understand any of it then.

I think it is great that you would like to find inner self. However you are treading on dangerous grounds. Your tarot is a form of SPIRITISM. what is SPIRITISM?....The belief that a spirit part of humans survives death of the physical body and can communicate with the living, usually through a person who serves as a medium. IS IT WISE TO RESORT TO SPIRITISTIC MEANS TO LEARN WHAT THE FURUTE HOLDS OR TO ASSURE ONSELF OF SUCCESS IN SOME UNDERTAKING?

Isa.8:19: "In case they should say to you people: Apply to the spiritistic mediums or to those having a spirit of prediction who are chirping and making utterances in low tones,' is it not to its God that any people should apply?"

WHAT HARM CAN THERE BE IN PLAYING GAMES THAT INVOLVE A FORM OF DIVINATION OR IN SEEKING THE MEANING OF SOMETHING THAT SEEMS TO AN OMEN OF GOOD?

Deut. 18:10-12: "There should not be found in you anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer,or one hwo binds others wiht a spell or nayone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. for everybody doing these things is somethign detestable to Jehovah."

Satan contradicted God's warning that disobedience would bring deatn. (Gen. 3:4; Rev. 12:9) In time, of course, it became obvious that humans did die as God said they would. Resonably, then, who was responsible for inventing the idea that humans really do not die but that some spirit part of man survives the death of the body? Such a deception fits Satan the Devil, whom Jesus descibrd as "the father of the lie." (John 8:44)
