1. Use St. Ive's Apricot scrub in the morning
2. And Proactive at night,
3. Drink water, not soda,
4. Do not squeeze them out because it will make them worse and leave scars,
5. Don't touch your face when on the phone or reading or watching tv because your hands are usually dirty and you end up literally pushing dirt into your pores.
6. Make sure you change the cover on your pillow every three days
7. Don't wear make-up too often unless you wash your face extra well; foundation, creams, powders, and such irratate your (clear or all-ready clogged) pores, and you will end up with something worse than blackheads: pimples.
Hope this helps. But if it doesn't, go to a dermatologist.

Spread evenly the cleansing milk on your face area, avoiding the eyes areas and use a fine texture of bath salt (must be very fine texture or else it would hurt the skin) to do the face scrub. Concentrate on the black heads area. Then wash it off and apply face moisturizer.
Need not use a washing foam after that. Only use the washing foam at night. Do the face scrub at least once a week.

Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the acne.
Extract juice of one lemon and mix with equal quantity of rose water. Apply this mixture on the face and let it stay for about half an hour. Wash the face with fresh water. About 15 days application helps cure acne, pimples and reduces blemishes and scars.
Another method is to massage the face with the skin of lemon before washing with lukewarm water.
Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area overnight. Wash off with warm water next morning.
Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice in 1 teaspoon finely ground cinnamon powder and apply on affected areas frequently.
Mix some vinegar and salt in a bowl. Pour a little bit in your hand and rub it on the pimples. Soak a face towel in it and dab it on the bumps. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse it off.
Blend cucumber and make a paste. Apply this as a mask on your face and leave it for 1/2 hour and then rinse. This refreshes your skin and prevents acne.
Honey is a great remedy for skin blemishes and acne because the honey kills bacteria.
