yes you can. go to your local beauty supply, or any hair and beauty outlet. likes 'sally's beauty supply. ' they can cost anywhere from 5 dollars to 300 dollars. thats all up to you. you can also purchase them online.

Although I'm sure you can buy them at most beauty supply stores, unless you're a trained professional, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THEM!!! You can mess your hair up thoroughly if you're not careful.
