I have tried to remove these specks and they look awful with White Spirit and Brush Cleaner, alas no joy. I feel if i try anything stronger that it will mark the uPVC. Please any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.

finger nail and patience

if the above doesnt work then nip down to B&Q and get some PVCu Solvent Cleaner this will do the trick. If theres no B&Q near you then wait till tuesday and go to your local window company and get some off them (take a little bottle and ask them to pour some in for you) (dont go this weekend, all that are working are salesmen, you need to go when the fitters are around)

How To Remove Upvc Window

Put a washing up cloth wet with very hot water over some of the specks, leave it for a minute then start scraping with a plastic card, like a supermarket points card. The heat in the wet cloth will soften the paint, and the plastic card won't scratch your windows, still be gentle just in case.

Laquer thinner!! Just use one finger in your cleaning rag. Rub spots 3 or 4 times, then pause. This will help to prevent the PVC from softening. Kind of like a buffing action. You don`t have to apply much pressure.

If you are in the UK Look for a Halfords Car Parts, Or similar
and ask for a Tar and Traffic film remover ( its in a bottle )
This may help, but read the "instructions" before you buy

Try gently scraping them with your finger nail wrapped in a soft cloth. It will take time.

T-cut on a damp cloth. (the stuff you use on cars). It gently removes unwanted marks.

Try Cream clensers and a green scourer.
This is what I used.
