The safe rate at which to lose weight is 1-2lbs a week. Bigger people with more weight to lose may lose a bit more, smaller people a bit less. Theoretically, then you could lose the 20lbs in 10-20 weeks.
There are 3,500 calories in a pound of fat. To lose 1 pound a week you'd need to reduce your calorie intake or increase your calorie expenditure by 500 calories a day. Repeated studies have shown that a combination of diet and exercise is most effective.
So, with three weeks left in April, then May and June to go you could potentially lose some or all of the 20lbs by July.
However, there are so many factors that may mitigate against this.
For instance, your body equates dieting with starvation and the longer you diet, the less effective the diet becomes as your body tries to protect its fat reserves and conserve energy. If you've dieted recently or have a history of dieting your body's starvation response kicks in very quickly, so that each period of dieting becomes less effective and sustained weight loss becomes difficult to achieve.
The bottom line is that losing weight can be tough. Eat a healthy, balanced, varied diet comprised of all the main food groups, eat a little less fat and sugar, exercise regularly and be patient. Sounds like with all the exercise you're doing you're on the right track!
Good luck with the weight loss!

What makes you think you should lose 20 pounds? I suppose you could lose it if you have 20 pounds of body fat to actually lose, otherwise you are just losing lean muscle mass and that's not an attractive outcome.
Anyway, you need to burn the equivalent of around 70,000 additional calories in 120 days.... you could do an additional invigorating cycle for 45 minutes every day to achieve that burn (with current calorie consumption, and level of exercise etc remaining the same).
Chances are high, that even if you did manage to burn 70,000 additional calories and lose 20 pounds in body fat ... you will increase your muscle mass in the process... so your goal of 20 pounds of weight loss will not be achieved by this method.
That only leaves starving yourself. I think you should therefore reconsider your goal and target an acceptable level of total body fat, rather than a particular weight... this especially so, since you have said that you do a lot of exercise already... an the extra weight you carry is possibly muscle mass.
You could try some light weights and lots of repetition and firm up ~ as a supplement to aerobic exercise.... an hour or two per day is an exceptional workout commitment.

The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.
Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

I don't think you will lose that weight by July. It took that one lady 2 years to lose 75 pounds. I think if you are really serious about it you have to major diet meaning you can only like eat fruits and veggies for awhile. GOOD LUCK!
