Well, I've lost over 60pounds, and I've just started to become 202lbs. Something is weird though, because my weight varies from morning to night, sometimes by more then 5-8pounds.

I usually scale my self in the morning after I do all the bussiness in the bathroom. At night, after dinner, I would weight my self for the heck of it. By then, I would see a 5-8pounds increase. I understand it is the food I consumed and the good amount of water that I drank, but can all the food + water equal 8pounds in weight? I mean 8 pounds seems alot for food and water...
is this normal?

The weight will be the food and water you have taken. The food include those in your stomach and the converted **** in your intestine.

In the morning you release some weight by doing your business and urinating. You may sweat at night which help to loose some water through the 8-hour sleep.

everybody's weight fluctuates from morning to night. food, hydration, etc. all effect the total bodyweight, it's perfectly normal
