I think they can be lucky that Ahmadinejad is such a great guy and was feeling generous to release them as a gift to the people but it was good to see the British being pushed around a little bit and to be shown to be weak.

I'm going to take a guess that you have not served in the military. If I'm wrong....my apologies. There were no soldiers captured or released by Iran. They were sailors and marines. Believe me when I tell you marines and sailors don't like to be called soldiers.

The fact that these guys broken down over just a short time shown the standard of the UK Armed Forces personnel. Can we trusted such people in support for military operation? I don't think so.
The pers on the mother ship is supposed to cover their men, what are they doing? Where are the basic qualities of operation plan?

It was a superb paly of diplomacy in iran's part..iran is still few years away from a complete nuclear project.....Iran is simply buyin time.....iran knows that once it becomes a nuclear state ...it would b impossible for Coalition forces to attack iran.......

I think it proves that Iran is more able to conduct itself on an amicable and diplomatic level than Britain or the US could ever achieve on a good day.

I think they caved faster than ......well a caver who is uhhh really fast.
Im happy they are safe, but I wouldnt want them covering my back thats for sure, they hardly endured torture beyond belief before they were busy apologizing on TV .........
