Okay, so I'm an exotic dancer. Tonight, after giving this man a lapdance my nipples/chest area started to itch and had teeny little bumps on them. It went away after about 30 minutes or so. Everything seemed fine when I got off work. Then I walked into my shower and the water made me chest burn and the little bumps appeared again. I'm so PARANOID! Please tell me this man didn't have little bugs living on his clothes! What can I do?

When giving lap dances you can expect to get a lot of things besides little red bumps! Maybe you are allergic to his body soap or laundry detergent or after shave.

I found an excerpt from the medical source listed as a link below...it is somewhat disturbing to me. You really should see a physician about it [rash]..or at least visit the Health Department in your community.

Rash
Coxsackieviruses A9 and B1, 3, 4, and 5; coxsackieviruses A4–6, and 16 also implicated; echovirus 9 and 16; echoviruses 2, 4, 11, 14, 19, and 25 also implicated; rash with aseptic meningitis may result from coxsackieviruses A9 and B4, echoviruses 4 and 16, and enterovirus 71

Fever is common; rash is usually nonpruritic, does not desquamate, and occurs on the face, neck, chest, and extremities; may be maculopapular, morbilliform, or occasionally hemorrhagic, petechial, or vesicular; course usually benign.

(Desquamation is the shedding of the outer layers of the skin. For example, once the rash of measles fades, there is desquamation. The word comes from the Latin 'desquamare' , meaning "to scrape the scales off a fish".)

Perhaps it is time to think about some other line of work. Could be an indice of things to come...see the first two sources below...the first is on the topic of rashes..the second on the topic of STDs. Be safe...not sore.

Go see a doctor, it may be nothing. However, better to be safe. And also be aware if you are having sexual relationships with anyone. You should be having regular screens for STD's (every six months). Syphilis when it first presents itself;shows itself, as a skin rash somewhere on the body. That then disappears and becomes dormet, the disease does not go away it does need to be treated. And just being that close to a stranger their are bugs that live on skin. Be safe! See the doctor. God bless****

Maybe but perhaps you are allergic to something on him like his cologne. I would just wash off and observe. If it doesn't improve then I'd try to find out more.

sounds like you had an allergic reaction to something on him or his clothes.

Be careful, don't get too close to the punters!

hmm It could be scabies. If you do alot of non-sexual body contact at work, you can contract this.
