I have pain in chest can it be sign of some heart problem but it is only when I lay in bed straight facing roof and no pain when I m in sitting or standing position plus its not a sharping pain.Pain is only in chest area not in arm and I have gastric problem can it be that also or may be some muscle.Please help me I m confused.

"some bozo" says it is probably acid as you have a gastric problem already. See the doc anyway!

Hey, don't ask us, go to a Doctor as soon as possible. It may be something simple and you can stop worrying. Some bozo is gonna give you some advice and you won't go see a Doctor and it might be heart problems......please go to a Doctor..
