Im 19 and only weigh 109lbs, but i have lower belly fat i want to get toned. I dont want to lose any weight. How do i lose the lower belly fat without losing weight?

ok if your a bloke youll be able to do this. lay on the table so your butt is on the edge of the table legs hanging over the table put your hands under your chin elbows meeting in the centre of youe body then simultaniously lift your legs and upper body so your knees touch your elbows. be sure to lift your legs as well as your upper body repeat 50 times and feel the burn. i got a great 6 pack and thats my method. if your female repeat 30 times

Providing you are female, the lower belly fat you see is normal-part ofd being female. Due to childbearing stuff. However, to tone the lower abs, the best exercise is crunches, regardless of male or female. I hope this helps you.

toning is nothing more than decreasing the level of body fat. to do this the total bodyweight has to decrease if muscle mass is not increased.

abdominal training will strengthen the mid-section and for the untrained individual there may be some increase in the muscles of the abdominal wall. ab training will not decrease the amount of body fat in that area

***do leg lifts***

lie flat on ur back, hands under ur butt, and lift ur legs about an inch off the ground and hold it there. try doing 3 sets of 20 sec. if not, u can adjust to what ever u can do.

regular sit ups will work ur upper abs.

if you want to find out a routine you can do everyday then go to youtube and type abs workout and you can follow one of them ones you like the most

Remember: go fo quality not quantity...
