We are grateful to the men and women who planted the crops, cultivated the fields, and who gathered in the harvest. We thank those who prepared this fine meal and also those who will serve it to us. Yet amid this plenty may we not forget the many of our brothers and sisters, and especially their children, in our own country and elsewhere, who do not share our good fortune, who are hungry, cold, sick, and troubled by the bitter burdens of poverty, the curse of war, and the despair of hopelessness. So, may our enjoyment tonight be graced by understanding and tempered by humility. Let us be kind to one another and to all those with whom we share this brief existence. Amen

OR

We are thankful for these and all the good things of life.
We recognize that they are a part of our common heritage and come to us through the efforts of our brothers and sisters the world over.
What we desire for ourselves, we wish for all. To this end, may we take our share in the world's work and the world's struggles.
Amen.

Base it on this:
John 10:11"I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. 12The hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. 13The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep.

14 "I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— 15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16 I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd. 17 The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life—only to take it up again. 18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father."

Just say something in thankfulness, and address the the heavenly Father something like this:
Dear Heavenly father thank you for your many blessings and thank you Lord for your son Jesus who this holiday is really about, I thank you Jesus for all you have done for all of us and thank you for these people in my life and thank you for the meal we are about to eat,.........and then end in Jesus name, and amen!
It don't have to this long I was just giving you an example, but its a prayer to the heavenly father and the Holiday is about Jesus Resurrection and what that means, we can all have his Holy spirit come live in us now; here is how!

Speak what is in your heart. What are you grateful for? Grace is simply asking for a blessing to be placed upon the food making it safe to in jest, and giving thanks for another meal. When you open your mouth to raise up blessings upon the Lord, he will surely guide your words if you ask. God bless, And Happy Easter. ****
