Hi I was walking down my street and I was approached by two african american males. They took my wallet and cellphone among other stuff. What should i do? I already canceled my cell, credit card. I still have a student ID and driver's license in the wallet. HELP!!!

Yes i immediately called the police moments later, gave them the whole blurb.
It's quite hard to see in the dark... and the gun to the head was scary. My life didn't flash before my eyes but I was like "oh sh*t, i don't want to die".
What can they do with my Driver's license, do i cancel it or report it to the DMV?

I say you did exactly what you were supposed to do. You give them what they ask for and do not try and fight them over it. I have been robbed at gun point also. And you did just what you should, to cancel the credit card and cell phones. But one thing if you could see there faces make sure to make mental or even written notes of that for the police in the hopes that they can catch them. The people that robbed me got caught in Georiga, so do not let them get away if at all possible, distance is no option. Hope this helps you out.

File a police report. Report what was stolen and give a description of the suspects. Get new IDs. Sorry but you may never see your cell phone again. Be careful in that area in the future.

Call 911, right now. File a police report, try to remember every detail about their faces. The student ID and DL are pretty much worthless, so don't worry about them, 20 bucks will get them both replaced. Worry about getting some justice.

There is probably really nothing you can do, sadly. Although if you live in a small town it will be easier to point them out in a line, but if you live in a city... Good luck. Call the cops, file the report and hope.

You did tell the police, right?
Get replacements and followup on your cancelations in writing, just phoning isn't enough.

I think it would be best to get the police involved-----and file a report-----and if you can help identify them please do.
I am so sorry they were mean to you friend----I'm just glad you are safe.

replace everything and forget it.
Why people get so excited by a mere close call with death, I'll never figure out.
