Yes, the authorities are there to put order.
Romans 13;1 "Let every soul be in subjection to the superior authorities, for there is no authority except by God; the existing authorities stand placed in their relative positions by God. 2 Therefore he who opposes the authority has taken a stand against the arrangement of God; those who have taken a stand against it will receive judgment to themselves. 3 For those ruling are an object of fear, not to the good deed, but to the bad. Would you see God as a force that would favor the starvation of families, communities, nations, countries?
If so, point in the direction of this "God" and I will run gladly in the opposite direction.
Please, for your own spiritual growth, try to develop more compassion to see the entire ocean rather than the protected island.
If your children were starving because the place you lived in was in total poverty and corruption, at what lengths would you go to? Would you risk, theft, rape and murder along the way?
What we classify as an "Alien", is nothing of the sort. It's a human being closer to yourself then you can even begin to imagine. It's your neighbor, your friend if you'd simply chose to see it that way.
Love and compassion. That is the only way.

In God's law nobody or no one of us, human creature of God is prohibited from going country to another country to preach the gospel (bible) which is the word of God. According to the bible, a preacher could preach to all nations to spread the word of God.
Speaking on the law of mankind, illegally entering ones country is prohibited, and if you have illegally entered in one country, you are breaking the law of that country and be punished for breaking it.

Well it all depends if we go by that tall bronze lady then maybe both. However Our country has changed from the days of Ellis. As far as god goes which part of the melting pot do you want to hit on. We have to understand these things as a public so we can educate ourselves and make informed decisions on how to change society for the better.

They are breaking our country's laws and I know we have a very serious problem. However mostly they are desperate people and God can only have mercy on them. I doubt if there will be any borders in Heaven and I don't think God sees any borders on earth.

God's laws? Can you cite some examples of how someone leaving one country and entering another have anything to do with "God's laws?"

Does God have an opinion about immigration? If so, then God must be for immigration, not against, look at the Jews!

I'm sure what Jesus would want us to do is to ignore our neighbors' suffering so that we can further monopolize the worlds' resources, thus ensuring that we lead rich, fat, opulent lives while all those silly brown people all over the world starve to death and die of curable diseases. That's what Jesus would do.
