it makes people sweat and sweat makes you stink and nasty and you get all hot so you want to cool off. probably not hot and not cold so warm
since you were touching a whole bunch of dirty equipment that had germs, fungi, and bacteria on it you can get diseases from all the different kinds of people, you don't know where they been or their hands
you should always take shower after touching stuff that is used in public and especially after sweating a lot
it opens your pores to get out all the dirt and whatever else
you must stank!! God ur dumb

The hot shower opens skins pores releasing any build up of dirt or grit around the follicle's.
Helps to get squeaky clean, and also helps to reduce muscle soreness.
After you've rinsed all the soap off Decrease the hot water to lukewarm or cooler. Cooler water help close the pores and returns your skin tension to normal.

After excessive perspiring your pores in your skin are open to get rid of the sweat.Along with sweat a certain amount of toxins are also released.Bacteria in the pore itself will also come out.This Bacteria can cause body odour.Hot soapy shower to get those pores open and then cool it off to close the pores.Although some gals find this odour alluring if its clean.Most people find bad body odour offensive.

A shower will help u feel better. No other reason, I have a man who likes to work out, but just because he works out doesnt mean I wont lay with him because I sure will. I love my baby sometimes after working out he says he wants a "few minutes rest" and then he falls asleep. I still love him the same smelly and all.

after a workout, we sweat a lot
this causes bacteria to multiply, which is unhygenic. it also causes body odour
so, u need to shower to clean urself up
cold or hot, depends on the weather. if its snomwing, u'd better go 4 hot water. on a normal day, either works

hot water relaxes the muscels so u should have a hot shower then just before getting out turn it to cold as it then sets your muscles so u dont do further damage

you shower to wahs off the sweat you broke during the workout. Otherwise bacteria grows and you will STINK. Just take a warm soapy shower.

Cause if you don't your glands in your pubic region get blocked with sweat, and you'll start getting these puss filled bump things around your junk, and then you'll have to go to the doctor thinking you caught something, and then you'll be embarrassed when the doc tells you its from dirt and sweat blocking your glands (Dead serious, so disgusting).
Hot or cold is fine, just use soap.

you need a shower so you dont stink from sweat, you need hot or warm water, that helps relax the muscles and remove toxins from your body. cold will only make the muscles clench up.
