If u add any leafy veg to " Stock" like chicken stock u get a green soup - ever vegitable colour will do
tomotos are red / can make green if u use the green varity
Beetroots u get marron soup
with Dals u can get - yellow soups
To any soup if u add turmeric and later add fresh lemon juice the colour will change to red - so that way u can make colour changing soup too

Who told you veg is green and non-veg is red? i can show you more red items - red chillie, bitter guard, etc.,
It is only thing that consuming non-living beings and plants is veg and the other is non-veg.

For one thing, a tomato is a fruit, not a vegetable. I have to wonder, though, what you ate that was green and non-veg?

IN big farm house, banquest halls, there should be dress code of waiters / servers. Green for all, red for non-veg items.
Many non-veg. servers / waiters go to nose / mouth of non-veg. not eater. They feel is bad.
