Is the diet I'm doing healthy?Because I calculated that I only ate 100 calories

You need at least 1200 calories a day for your body to even function normally. Any less and you will lose weight, but the weight you lose will be from your body eating off itself. You will lose muscle and organ tissue before fat stores. So in effect you will get fatter because you are losing lean body mass and storing more fat.

You want to eat 1200 -1500 calories a day and exercise at least 3 days a week. This will allow you to lose an average of 2 pounds of body fat a week.

Not healthy at all, and those fuze drinks are full of artificial sugars and really bad for you. This sounds like the diet of an anorexic.

definetly, not healthy...your calories are way too low. you aren't going to lose any body fat on that low of a caloric intake or with the nutrients that you are providing your body.
