How about a cobbler? Place berries in bottm of an 8 X 8 baking dish. Mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 stick melted butter or margarine until blended and pour over berries. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Home canning of jam is great. You wont save anything over the cost of jam bought in a store because you have to buy jars and lids, Sur-Jell and sugar. It will keep for 2-3 years if hot canned properly. It makes a nice little Xmas gift also.

If you already have cheesecake you could make a coolie {berry sauce} to go over the top. Just blend with a little sugar.

If you don't like the seeds, I don't think using them in any recipe would help. Perhaps you could find a friend who might use them!
