when you don't have access to either one? & have arthritis in your spine and it's been hit double with a dose of Fibromyalgia. Oooooooooooohhhhhh! I hurt! .
I just took a hot shower, heated up a wet hand-towel in plastic bags in the microwave, wrapped that in a dry bathtowel---& think I should just go to bed early. I have a HUGE day tomorrow.
Any ideas other than these? My friend is bringing me over Aleve pretty soon---& I'm taking TWO of them. tonight...and one tomorrow afternoon. I had 400mg of Ibuprofin earlier...with my dinner about 7 hours ago...but it hasn't kicked it at all! The Aleve always helps---I'm just hoping it will tonight too...this is TOO MUCH!

There are thermal spa bath mats that will replicate a Jacuzzi. I've enclosed a link where you can look at what I'm talking about. There are many different portable whirlpools made for bathtubs. They definitely will help you with the Fibromyalgia pain.
I think you're on the right track taking anti inflammatory medicine to bring down the inflammation. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and arthritis so I know what you are going through. Believe me I want my mother too. No one ever said growing up would be so difficult.
