I don't believe in karma as in when you are 'reborn' you will suffer or prosper from your actions in your previous life.
I do believe in karma though. It's funny, whenever I do something I think is bad or mean, I end up tripping or messing up in some horrible way. EVERY TIME I do something naughty, something bad tends to happen.
It's kind of silly, I think. I never do anything thats 'too' terrible, but I always end up tripping over something or accidentally run into something after I do something bad.

An interesting question.
If karma exists, I don't suppose it matters whether we believe in it or not. If it exists it will act with or without our belief. If this is the case I wonder if there is a way to counter it?
Ramana Maharshi (the Sage of Arunachala) suggested that we should investigate who it was that had the karma rather than submit to the inevitability of it. He said that by such investigation "the ego disappears and the state of abidance in the Self, in which none of these negative qualities ever existed, remains as the Truth. As long as [one] is the doer he also reaps the fruits of the deeds, but as soon as one realises the Self through enquiry as to who the doer is, the sense of being the doer falls away and the triple karma (destiny) is ended. This is the state of eternal liberation."
triple karma - the three kinds of karma, namely sanchita, agami and prarabdha
sanchita - accumulated from previous births
agami - karma that will come to fruition in the future
prarabdha - karma that will be worked out in this life
With all that karma perhaps it's worth a try.

I believe but just like that belief in god that I sometimes throw into the mix, it's really not part of a lot of decisions. Maybe if I get angry over something I cannot change I stop to think that the negative karma that creates is not worth the effort to actually *be* angry.
I have no really meaningful scientific study to back this belief up.

Karma: action, seen as bringing upon oneself inevitable results, good or bad, either in this life or in a reincarnation.
In layman's terms...what comes around, goes around!
I honestly believe in karma...not just my kitty cat, either LOL
If I do good deeds, they are repayed...if I choose to do wrong, those actions are also repayed.
I can't necessisarily say I have personal experience that would "wow" you...I just 'feel' it daily. I choose to do 'random acts of kindness' daily and ya know what...I am the happiest woman on earth...something has to be balanced there :)
*I named my kitty cat, Karma, because she was born on Friday the 13th ad she is the absolute sweetest kitty I have ever had! Awwwww (see my avatar!)

Yes I do believe in Karma.. in life I have seen first hand the terrible things that some people have done to others and how it has come back to them in time.. I have also seen the wonderful and kind things that some have done for others and how it has returned many blessings in their personal lives.

We all have intimate experience with cause and effect. Like an ant has intimate experience of the block wall it's trying to scale, yet minimal awareness that it exists as such. I cannot argue Karma because I do not recall many lifetimes. We should withhold belief until such time as we have observed it ourselves intimately. It seems to function pretty well whether we believe in it or not.

In Buddhism Karma is actually listed as one of the four unthinkables, meaning you can never truly understand it fully and trying will only confuse you but I'd have to say from everyday experiences yes I do believe in it.

Facts? I love it when people ask for facts about spiritualism. Crack me up!
I believe in karma. When we do go, it comes back to us. When we do bad it comes back to us. Karma comes around in our lifetime now, not the next one or the next one.
Gee, I forgot my facts book of karma. I guess you will just have to take is as my opinion.

Karma is different from "reap and sow". Karma is evolutionary since reincarnation is also a factor. Yes, I very much believe in Karma.

Yes, I believe in it. Not because God's sittin up there like, "Oh, crap, she/he sinned lets just send something awful down to get them back." But because what goes around comes around...I'm into the voodoo stuff, I'm christain, but I still believe in karma like the ancient indians did.
