By using Abbyy Fine reader or any OCR software you can easily convert a pdf file into a MS-Word document.

You also download this software from "download.com".

In this website go to in Search write OCR you easily find.

If the text is selectable, select it, edit / copy, then past into your word document.

If not, you may need this:

If the whole PDF is composed of graphics files, then there's nothing you can do short of OCR each and every page.
