When Jesus was arrested the Disciples scattered because they were afraid. They later united in Galilee where Jesus met them after the resurrection.

Peter was crucified, but he insisted on being hung upside down. He didn't feel he was worthy of dying the same way as Jesus.
James (brother of John) was beheaded.
James (brother of Jesus and Judas) was stoned to death
Andrew was crucified
Bartholomew was beaten then crucified
Judas (not Iscariot) (brother of Jesus and James, also called Jude) was stoned to death
Matthew was speared to death
Philip was crucified
Simon was crucified
Thomas was speared to death
Matthias (took Judas' place) was stoned to death
John lived to be old and die of natural causes

Most were martyred. Peter was crucified upside down. I think James had his head cut off. John died at a ripe old age.
