I am Greek Orthodox.........yes, I know you asked for Catholic, but..........In my church on Holy Thursday they called it a "lock in" and all of the youth sleepover at the church (our priest and his family, and many other adults choose to stay too)
I loved it growing up. We always learned alot about all of the church services that were happening......then the next morning all of the church ladies would come and help us decorate Jesus' tomb.
