Theres alot of places...
But the big question is, if the wrong person found out, would you be willing to pay hefty fines and jail time for copyright infringement? I think its worth paying the money for it instead of paying the money for breaking the law.
Especially since you posted the fact that your wanting an illegal copy on a public website... Not a good idea...

With diligence, you can likely find the program for free, but I would encourage you to pay for it. It's the cheapest premium photo editing software on the market, and they offer free updates for buyers for many years. You can get a pirated version and use it for awhile, but one benefit of purchasing is that you get repeated updates - you don't have to continuously search for new versions every 30 days.
C'mon, the price isn't that bad!

I would be leery of downloading from any pirate or file sharing sites/programs. High risk of viruses, malicious scripts, and spy ware. They are, also, illegal.
I have heard the GIMP has a good free program. I have not tried it myself.

Limewire can be good for programs sometimes.
Also, torrent sites are good too.
Just be sure to scan whatever you download.
