Your body can only absorb so much, repeated ingestion of too much Vitamin C has been linked to kidney stones otherwise you will just piss out the excess. If there is an attempted overdose you will get a belly ache.

I'm not sure about too much vitamin A- but I KNOW the primary consequence of too much vitamin "C"- is diarrhea. Our body can only hold just so much "C"- and it dumps all the rest as fast as it can.

Too much of Vitamin A and D can lead to toxicities. Your system can handle tons of Vitamin C

Too much Vitamin C wouldn't do too much damage besides affect your absorption of calcium (I think). However, it wouldn't hurt your body too much because it's water soluble and will literally be urinated out of you.

Too much Vitamin A on the other hand, could kill you. But that's usually in very excessive amounts... or since it's fat soluble, if it's in your system for quite some time..
