See a dermatologist. If the spots do not disappear by themselves with treatment, perhaps he can remove them another way.

go to dermatologist, try the beige Clearasil,maybe an antibiotic cream will help.,cover girl liquid makeup will help hide them too.

could those be black heads? In that case use something you can buy from a drug store for that.
