We'd need more specifics (Your height, weight, eating habits, reason for doing it, motivation, etc.
I just lost 10 lbs in 1 week but i was recovering from surgery & my meals consisted of water and jello, water and runny mashed potatoes (about 10 bites) or water and nothing at all..
Then again, like I said, I was recovering from surgery, so I couldnt exercise..
***Consume1200-1700 calories a day, and work out to "burn" more calories than you eat***
****Keep hydrated, best advice that actually worked for me- is drinking 100oz of water..it flushes out your system, is good for you, and fills you up.. Im not saying start an eating disorder by any means though..
and finally.. Best of luck to you! Reach out for someone (either online or in your real life that can be a great motivator!)

Sure, if you have gastric bypass surgery!!!! Are you insane? Try making your goals smaller so they are easier to reach. Like 2-3 pounds a week. If you are 60 pounds over weight, you may want to rethink your lifestyle, eating habits, exercise level, etc. Losing weight is a great goal, but don't kill yourself trying to accomplish it!

Anything is possible but it's not realistic.
Starve and walk, drink water, take vitamins. You may just pass out and die too so I would diffinitely consult the doctor.
Better yet... No and stop trying to be so drastic, reel it back in.

It's possible but you need to be prepared to put in a lot of hard word and cut down on your foods intake.

Who told you that? Surely not a doctor.
You would have to go on a starvation diet, you would lose weight, without sufficient time for your skin to shrink naturally. It would "hang."
I hope you are seeing a good doctor. You can harm yourself doing this without a doctor's supervison.
