According to the bible, you should pray before and after sleeping, before eating meals and gave thanks to God on all of what you have done for the whole day in your life and not to forget God in our daily life.

It is only God who could say whether you made right or made mistake in your life. Leave that question to God and pray that He will answer you.

Blue, God is not keeping track if you pray or don't pray. He knows every thought you have, every feeling. Prayer is there for US to be closer to God. It is something we can do to deepen our relationship with Him. You can choose to pray, or not pray, whenever you want to. It's my personal opinion that the more I am in prayer, the more I think about God (like you say you do), the more I read and/or meditate on His word, the straighter I walk with Him and the closer I am to Jesus.

He loves you. We should never think of prayer as a "I need to do it this much or God will disapprove" type of thing. That's not what it's about.

THE BIBLE SAYS TO PRAY WITHOUT CEASING

If you think of getting on your knees to do this you would
be on your knees all the time

You are good when you think on Him if He is the head of your
life then follow your thoughts with " Jesus name I pray" Amen

You have just succeeded in a prayer note to God!

He's not into long supplications and repetitiveness Matt 6:2-8

You show your self by thinking and remembering He is God

through His Son Jn 14:6;

If that's where you are in your walk with God, then I believe He understands. Plus, it depends on what you are thinking about God everyday. Are they good thoughts? Or bad? Also, sometimes good thoughts about God are a kind of praying. That's my opinion, anyway. Peace.

When you say you think of God and you ask if that is OK, well that would depend on wether or not you want a relationship with God and how much that relationship means to you. Do you want to be God's friend or do you just want a distant slight relationship with him, much like when you have a close friend or a distant acquaintance. So you need to ask yourself if you feel you have the kind of relationship with God that you want to have if you do then it is OK if not then it is not OK. when you have a friend that you like very much would you talk to that friend often, rarely, or hardly at all but just think of that friend?Again in the eyes of God, well you will have a relationship with him if you do what he wants you to, you have to get to know him what he is like what he likes what he dislikes, if you have a good relationship with someone anyone you would talk to them often not only when you need them for something that you want I mean thinking about God is as easy as talking to him in prayer he hears your innermost thoughts, so you can talk to him in your thoughts and if you do this it is praying to him. if you had a friend who said that they thought of you but they never talked to you would you consider them as a good friend? Those are just some points for you to consider and think about.

I don't think so, but 1st Thessalonians 5:17 says to pray without ceasing, so try to talk to God as much as you possibly can!

P.S. To pray you don't necessarily have to close your eyes and bow your head, you can just do what I do, talk to him in your head!

There is no biblical rule that says you have to pray everyday. Praying doesnt have be done only the one way Try one line prayers troughout the day. I am sure that he is glad you talk to him!!

I don't think he'll dislike you for it, but look at it this way; if you didn't call your mom or dad or a close friend for a while you miss out on the fellowship and hearing from them.
I believe pray straightens and guides you.
the choice is yours but i call up my heavenly Father every day.
