do your tax return again, then use the info to fill out a 1040X. Send the 1040X with the new return to the IRS before April 17th if at all possible.
On the second page of the 1040x at the bottom, write a simple explanation of why you are amending your tax return. Don't forget to sign and date all forms and include a copy of the second W-2 you received.
If you live in a state with income tax, you'll need to amend the state return the same manner.

You are required to file an amendment to the first return that you filed, showing ALL of your income and deductions for the year. You'll use form 1040X. You can't just file a second return - if you try it will be rejected.

You need to filed an amended return for 2006. Two separate returns for the same year will send red flags all over the place.

you can't file twice. you can call the irs and fix it, but you might just want to wait.
