I mean like, an ALL-PROTEIN diet....would I lose or gain weight? I would really like to know because I know several people who say they have lost weight because of this diet....if you do not know the answer, do u know any other "working" diets?

true i went on this doet called atkins and that was the same thing i ate too cause thats all u can eat dont go on it for a long period of time though cause it real dangerous but for a couple of month its fine ull lose a lot of weight though when i went on it il lost about 60 pounds in 3 months but i also exercised to but yea and ull will also get real constipated lol but yea good lusck with the diet hope everything goes well.

You will lose weight, but, you can eat vegetables for roughage. You will need some carbs or you will get sick. The equivalent of a 3 slices of bread, I think is the least. You will quit craving sugar after 3 days. You can eat as much protein as you want. I believe its the Atkins diet.

Yes, that's actually a good idea. When menstruating, you tend to lose a lot of iron, so eating red meat helps bring your iron levels back up to normal standards again. Stay away from the caffeine though, especially coffee, because it tends to make your stomach cramp up.

Eventually- you'll get ricketts (from the lack of Vitamin "C"), your teeth will fall out, you'll sicken- & die. It actually USED to happen alot- before fresh fruit & vegetables became available all year long. Now we eat better- but too much.

you would die form all the cholestarol. if you eat like a normal person then maybe you'll look like one. dont' do this. create good habits so you dont' gain it back

you'd get really constipated and it can cause liver damage (or is it pancreas?) over time.
