why is there a warning label on deodarant that says you should consult a doctor if you have kidney disease?

Because deodorant stops you from sweating, which is a form of detoxing. Ultimatley the waste has to be expelled elsewhere, which would fall to your kidneys to flush out waste... (Also why cancer rates are high in that area!)
