Find a local brewpub or brewery and tell them you're interested in apprenticing. It'll be hard work for no money and no guarantee of a job, but that's how it works. If you're an experience plumber or electrician, that'll be a big plus.

Hopefully, you've already been homebrewing. Otherwise, they won't even look at you.

Well there are culinary courses concerning brewery and fermentation.
You can also buy a brew kit and begin brewing your own beers in your own home, giving you hands on experience, complete control as to what goes in your brew, and a usable product when done. However you won't be legally able to sell any of it.
Contact breweries, looking for apprentice/internships, or employment positions. Then further your education with classes and the home experimentation. I imagine the right credentials combined with a great home brew given to your boss would boost your chances.

impact/do no longer Drink: precisely which one do you recommend? Tsingtao makes approximately 8 - 10 different beers. in case you recommend the "top classification Lager" that's something yet "top classification" in my e book. that's a sub-par lager at terrific. If i will drink a lager it is going to likely be some thing with flavor like a Sam Adams. If i will drink a mild lager (like Tsingtao) lower back i will drink some thing with flavor like a Pilsner Urquell. favourite: No, Sapporo has the marketplace of undesirable chinese language imported lagers cornered. it would take a ok accomplished advert marketing campaign to alter minds... then lower back Budweiser's fairly good advert marketing campaign has people believing they make good beer. Imports: Kinda... to my understanding an importer acts as a intermediary between the brewer and the distributor... particularly situations the importer/distributor are the comparable... interior the case of Guinness they're actual the brewers as properly... I won't get into that here. interior the case whilst there are 2 importers they divide the rustic into areas and are basically allowed to distribute interior of those areas.
