Is Spanish internet slang:

Dimelo Loco: Tell me, crazy (crazy is sometimes used in an affective way in Spanish)

Cuanto Tiempo: Literally means How much time; like when you meet and old friend you haven't seen in a while and you say "long time no see"

Ke Toy Perdia: Literally means I have got lost but in this case means that she has lost contact with that person (the one she is writing) for a while

Tu Sabes: You know; like in the context; you know how it is

Pero como tu ta: But, how are you? in more slang

Sounds like the Dominican-American slang version of "Spanglish" from New York or LA.

"Dimelo" is used as a greeting, meaning "What?", "Hey!", "What's up?", "What's good", or "Tell me!" or "Tell me about it!".

To be sure, you should ask in the "Dominican Slang Questions" talk at DR1, see below.

Or if you already master Spanish, consult the jargon dictionary at jergasdehablahispana.org :

Tell me, crazy boy, long time, how have you been? I know, I am lost, it is because I started working so, you know, but how are you?

This is horrble spanglish.

Dime loco, cuánto tiempo, cómo has estado? Ya se, ya se, estoy perdida y es que he empezado a trabajar, así que, tú sabes, pero cómo estás tu?
