God gave us the Word of God using man who were moved by the Holy Spirit. The Bible is like Jesus. Jesus is 100% human and 100% Divine, the Bible is 100% Divine and 100% human.

If its the word of God, wouldn't God have given it to us?
Especially if it "came not in old time by the will of man" and "holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost"

The following scriptures state that the Oracles(Word) of God were committed to the Jew. All the writer of the Holy Bible were Jewish. They were Inspired by the Holy Ghost.

Romans 3:1 What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision? 2 Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.

In the gospel (bible), the prophet or preacher or evangelists or teacher( in ordinary thinking), gave us the word of God.

They were declared, appointed or anointed by God to preach the word of God in the bible.

The prophets just came which is not in the olden time and it is not by the will of man, by the voluntary will of man, but the holy men of God spoke as they were moved, ordered, told or assigned by the Holy Ghost or Spirit of God. to say or write the word of God in the gospel.(bible)

No God = Word of God!

Every word was written by man. He just made sure to say tat God told him what to say so it would look holy. Anyone can write such a phrase on any document. That doesn't make it so.

Various human beings over the centuries who wrote and edited the documents that ended up being compiled together into the book called "The Bible."

BTW, Jewish people don't consider the New Testament to be part of "The Bible", and the Catholic Bible has some different books in it than the Protestant Bible does.
