i'm only 25, skinny and i am a c cup but it is just saggy and soft.

Practise this Yoga Hand gesture-Namaste. Press palm together infront of your mid-chest. Apply pressure and press palm together as you exhale. And release the pressure with an inhale.

exercise the muscles of the chest and shoulders. these muscles support the weight of the breasts. also if you reduce the level of body fat down to average levels or below this will also help to preserve the bust line

I agree with your idea of being firm breast without using chemicals.You do sufficient eating with many snacks and exercise.

Work out the pec muscles and your shoulder muscles to help drag the fatty tissue up and make them more perky.

Start benching.....but you might get Pec's, and that wouldnt be too sexy.
