Am I really going to gain 60 pounds or are you just saying that to scare me? Please tell me how I can avoid this! or is it too late? I'm seriously scared out of my freaking mind right now, I thought I did so good and now you're telling me i'm going to gain back the original weight AND MORE. WTF!!
I ate in the morning like a small salad everyday so my metabolism would stay up plus I worked out in the gym, will I still gain all the weight? I thought i'd be gaining a couple of pounds, but not about 60lbs with such extent, seriously

And ANOTHER one with an eating disorder.

You SHOULD gain some weight, you fool. That was a dumb thing to do. You didn't lose FAT you lost MUSCLE. When you starve yourself like that, your body holds on to all stored fat and calories and burns the muscle to keep your vital organs functioning.

Eat lean meats/protein, vegetables, whole grains and fruits. In that order.

After starving for 2 months, you are going to gain some weight. Please get some professional help for your disease before you die.

If you don't want people to say you have an eating disorder don't call it fasting. You dieted an a fruit and veggie diet. To keep the weight off you have to excercise and burn more calories a day then you take in. A normal person that is somewhat active needs appox. 10 cal. per pound of weight. so in your case 103x 10=1030 cal. a day. The more you work out the more calories you will burn. If you are very active excercise 5-7x a week you can have appox 12-15 cal. per pound. or 1236- 1545 a day. To stay at the same weight. Just eat healthy and stay away from fast food a deep fried foods. One whopper w/ cheese and mayo would put someone at your weight over for the entire day. Be smart and don't listen to the people that say you will gain it all back and more. You won't as long as you keep excercising. Good luck

unfortunately when you introduce more food into your diet you will gain some weight back, but that sounds like a good thing if you're only 103lbs. But its not my body, so if you do want to stay that weight i think the best way to do it is to not get discouraged when you gain a little weight back from eating more.. and just continue to exercise a little more and eat healthy foods.. no junk food or soda and im sure you'll lose the extra pounds you gained after a short while =)

I think sixty pounds gain was a little extreme. You seem to be keeping an eye on your weight so I doubt this will happen. A small gain in weight is likely. The body will be in starvation mode in the short yerm so it will try to gain weight. In the long run, As long as you exercise, eat 5 or 6 small quality meals a day you should be fine

alright, first off you should definetly not eat meat for the first week of introducing food back into your life.
slowly introduce whole wheat breads of course in very small amunts and real healthy wheath things likt oatmeal or high fiber cereal such as special k, just eat very little amounts
after about the first week you should slowly enter lwo fat meast such as chicken or lean turkey. [unless your a vegetarian]
you should also eat tuna and shrimp to get lots of protein.
you wont gain all of it back as long as your eating very little amounts of food every couple hours to keep your metabolism going.

good job sweetie [: if everyone else says you have an eating disorder, just know i'm proud of you! your an inspiration, i've never fasted 2 months that's incredible.

You should have went on a healthy diet instead of just fruits and veggies. You body is run down right now from malnutrition so you may gain some weight when start eating properly to help nourish your body again. You would have lost weigh and kept it off if you had done a sensible eating plan with exercise instead of leaving your body malnourished. You need to start eating properly and worry less about weight gain and more about your body's health. Get your body nourished again so it can function properly.

You will gain some weight back. That's absolutely unavoidable. You have used starvation methods to drop weight. Now your body has reduced your metabolism and slowed it down in the hopes of sucking every last nutrient possible out of everything you eat.

What you need to do is get yourself on a HEALTHY diet and a regular exercise program. Continuing the fasting regime only leads to a really light coffin for your friends and family to carry.

Eat the foods you love and still lose weight. Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day or before a meal. If you need a light snack, ACV is great too. ACV has 93 vitamins and minerals. Will keep your energy level high. You will not be hungry but full. When you do decide to eat, eating will be very small amounts. Try it for a few days. I was once a chronic overeater, but now I eat one meal a day and am full constantly. I eat whatever I want, but in very small amounts.

Well, its Ok if u eat back normal foods. Just don't eat more or less, if better, eat less oily, fat foods.. Vegetables & fruits must be eaten too. So, eat but also exercise regularly.. thrice per week. at least 30mins each. Exercises like jogging, swimming, playing sports; badminton, tennis. So Dun worry, just eat normally and exercise. In order to maintance, Both must be balance.. =D
